I like that the walking distance to the beach is very short. Checking in & out was quick & easy. I did not like that the room was very damp/wet feeling. The room was very humid WITH & WITHOUT the AC turned down. The bed & my clothes were damp feeling. I even had to keep my paperwork covered with a towel. This was part of my decision for leaving a day early.

Location was perfect for what we were there for: a few days to relax, hit the beach, and not have to drive to go have a few drinks & eat. Loved our oceanfront room.

This hotel was very clean. Front desk staff were nice and fast. Cleaning staff friendly and courteous. The only problem we had was with the restaurant in the hotel. The wait staff was unattentive, our waitress stayed in another section visiting with friends that were eating there. We noticed persons at other tables with a different waitress that were sat 15 mins after us had finished their meals before we were served. Needless to say our food came to the table cold.

Not the fanciest place but definitely not the worst. Loved that it is right on the beach! When room service came around all we needed was the trash dumped… when I told her that, she handed me a trash bag and walked away. I mean I’m totally capable of dumping trash… I just thought it was a little odd. Overall it was clean and quiet…. Just not as fancy as others.

The room had a horrible smell! It constantly smelled musty & moldy. Based on photos, we thought rooms were larger—-not SO. We booked this because we need a kitchenette due to health conditions (cannot eat out). 1 small saucepan 2 fork 5 knives 3 bowls 2 plated 4 glasses. I had to wash ANYTHING I used.LOVED being on the beach. Having one elevator for “each side” of hotel was weird & inconvenient. I thought the advertisement for this hotel was highly exaggerated. Will never stay here again. SMELLED

I really liked the location. our room was perfectly located for our needs. staff was very polite. room was very clean. nno problem parking. The beach by the hotel was so assessable. I would stay there again. especially if I coud stay in the same location in the hotel.

My family was too scared to stay at this property. There was a small sphere device found in the nightstand drawer with a blinking red light. The oven door fell off. The room was located to an unlocked exterior door where anyone could come in. We walked by an opened dark room on the way to ours. Overall we left and couldn’t stay the night. We dropped our stuff off earlier that day but then left. When we went back that evening is when we noticed all the things wrong with the place. We went to a nicer, safer hotel.

Decent place to stay
It was a decent place to stay. We rented the room with the kitchen in it. Very limited items to cook with only had 1 cup a couple of spoons and a few pots and pans. So was not happy about that. If your going to offer a kitchen then make sure the availability of items is appropriate for the four people staying. But it was gulf view and all we had to do was walk out onto the beach. So it was great for the grandchildren. Over all for one night it was not bad.

The beach was closed. We had to walk past 4 condominiums in order to have beach access. This information was not relayed to us before our arrival. A little bit of an inconvenience. We would have liked to have known in advance.
