"It was a pleasant stay and location is great. Is about 560m away from Kanazawa station .We are able to drop off our luggage at Kanazawa hotel before our check in time . Is a plus as this hotel is unmanned. Smooth Check in with password given. Comfortable bed and family friendly. "

"The location was great for us. Supermarket nearby, and within walking distance to Katamachi for restaurants & bars.The host met us and explained a bit about the apartment. There were easy-to-understand printed instructions in both in English and Japanese for the appliances and other amenities. The host arranged for a parking spot behind the building for our entire stay. Well worth what we paid for our stay in Kanazawa. We would love to stay here again in the future."

"金沢の滞在中に大地震があった。チェックインした部屋が地震で水漏れ等の影響があったが、スタッフの方がすぐに空きの部屋で地震の影響があるかチェックして、部屋替えをしてくれた。金沢のご馳走がある店はもちろん、周囲のコンビニも空いていなかったため水分と食料の心配もあったが、スタッフの方がホテル内の自動販売機を紹介してくれて助かった。余震もあり一晩不安な夜を過ごしたが、スタッフの方の丁寧な対応で安心した。連泊する予定だったが、不安もあり翌朝帰った。金沢にまた行こうと思う。"

"We love our stay at Kazueya! It gave us a chance to truly experience the ryokan and how locals live. We especially enjoyed the peaceful night in our surroundings :) In addition, one of the staffs (a young lady) at Pacific hotel was super helpful. Due to the language barrier, she helped me to get bus tickets to shirakawago and to Takayama. I can't thank her enough for that! "We loved our short stay at Kanazawa. The host was gracious to let us leave our luggage. The place was very clean, although a little tight for 8 people, it worked out because we had a short stay. The house was very clean, amenities were just right. It was just a minute walk from the river, which made it extra special. We will definitely stay there if it’s just the 5/6 of us in the group. "

"During my two-week trip to Japan, one of the standout experiences was our stay at THE HOTEL SANRAKU KANAZAWA. The experience was wonderful, with incredibly kind and welcoming staff. The rooms were spotless and spacious, especially compared to other places we stayed. The location was ideal, with several attractions within walking distance, including the fish market and a nearby mall. We also tried a few local restaurants, including a memorable Spanish tapas place, though I can’t recall the name. Out of the six hotels we visited, this one was definitely a favorite, and I highly recommend it. "

"This hotel was fabulous! It was conveniently located across the road from the train station. The room was spacious with a breath taking view and the buffet breakfast was exceptional! I also want to mention how helpful the staff was. The concierge helped arrange tickets for a bus ride to Shirakawa-go for my family. All we needed to do was to show up to the bus depot and pay. Everything was already reserved for us. So helpful and so friendly!!!! Would definitely come back here. Just not enough time this trip."
