"For the price, this property is an excellent choice. The staff were warm and kind. The rooms and property were spotless. The location (Fisherman's Warf) is very trendy and highly walkable - only minutes away from the water by foot, and a short uber ride from many local attractions. The only critique I have of the place was that the water pressure in the showers were a bit on the low side, but I honestly can't think of anything else. For what you pay, it's an excellent choice and I would be happy to stay at Hotel Caza again. "

"I stayed here for four nights. I had a great stay, and I would definitely stay here again. I had a very early flight and arrived earlier than check-in. I was helped by Vivian. She was able to get me into a room a bit earlier. She is an absolute gem! Super kind and friendly. Every single staff member in this hotel is super friendly. It's an older building, but everything inside has been nicely renovated. The room was sweet and had everything you could need. The neighborhood is perfectly fine; right downstairs are a bunch of diners, shops, and, honestly, everything you would need. Go 5 blocks in one direction; it could get a bit sketchy; however, 2 blocks away are Starbucks, Nordstrom, Macy's, and a mini-Times Square, if you will. I traveled solo, and I felt completely safe walking around. Overall, it was a great stay and experience, and I would recommend this hotel. "
