The parkade is not available during our visit. We had to look for free street parking, we thought that’s the only issue we’d experience but no. The television isn’t connected to the internet, no access to netflix and YouTube, very limited channels. Maintenance guy checked and we were told front desk will contact, but nothing to resolve the issue. It’s like entering the hotel and you’re on your own type of thing. Lastly air condition seems on and off, you’ll feel it working after an hour or so I guess then it would stop then on and off again.

The tv in our room wouldn’t connect to the wifi therefore we couldn’t watch any movies or anything. I called a couple times about the tv and wasn’t offered any resolution really just said they would fix it tomorrow, however we were only there for the 1 night. The air conditioning didn’t really work, and the vending machine outside our room ate our money up for a drink. Also the parking garage is absolutely TERRIBLE, the smallest garage ever, we just parked across the street in the big parking lot on the waterfront, way better, no ticket. I wasn’t very happy with the fact that they weren’t willing to even switch us to a different room or maybe offer a discount? Probably would skip on this hotel for next time.
