The staff were very accommodating and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast that was included had lots of options for every sort of eater. The price was reasonable for the quality of the accommodations and location of the hotel. Parking was convenient.

Kristy and Laura at front desk are absolutely amazing! We come back every year for our wedding anniversary and look forward to it every year. Now that we have our baby, love that we can enjoy the swimming pool with him as well!

We were put in a room with no air conditioning. We had mentioned it to the staff in the morning while we left for the day however nothing was fixed for us. Luckily for us, the two gentlemen working in the evening were so helpful and made our stay so much better.

The room was not clean. I had spider in the room. I informed the person at the reception, when I came back it was still there. The tip-toe/push button pop-up drain was not working. I took pictures and video for both (Spider & Bath) and showed it to him. Nothing was fixed! ! Very disappointing!

Wrong room first day waited 4 hours on 2nd day for a room which we intially booked for.. First day the room was a lower level baement room.. which dogs barking all night..

The floor in the bathroom wasn’t vacuumed or washed and the bedding was extremely uncomfortable, especially the pillows. Definitely time for an update in that area.

Our room was very large and clean. The view was towards the side so we could see downtown and the lake, a big plus. However, we had huge issues with parking. Two days in a row we returned to the hotel and found no parking. We had to park in a lot further away and retrieve the car after 10 pm to park by the hotel. We were paying $15 plus tax per day for a hotel parking spot so I don't understand why there were no spots reserved for hotel guests. The hotel offered breakfast but every time we came down, there was no seating available so we had to go to nearby restaurants.

Very simple hotel-outdated-plumbing issues-toilet water would run unless you wiggle the flushing handle! Bathtub drain completely off-just a hole in tub! No in room safe-completely unacceptable in my opinion. If you need anything-toilet paper/towels- you have to get them yourself in the lobby! Definitely needs some TLC!

Not my most comfortable hotel stay in regard to bed/pillow comfortability. Limited cable access on the TV, windows weren’t that clean, 2/4 towels in bathroom had hole in them. Don’t think I’d stay again unfortunately. Positives were staff was nice and common area/lobby was tidy.

I hada room in M floor with 0 privacy!!!!!!!!!!!!. The window was on the coffee terrace and in front of the restaurant. All guests in the restaurant and the terrace can see clearly the inside of my room because it is very very close. The fridge was not working and the maintenance person was not in the hotel to fix it. I paid $300😱😱😱 this is NOT FEAR, UNACCEPTABLE!!!! I should have a great room for $300!!! And better experience! Very dispointed and Expedia agent was Not helful at ALL

It’s lovely to be on the water. Plus there are at least a half dozen decent restaurants all a short walk from the hotel. And the staff are super friendly and helpful.

The view was beautiful! The staff were so nice and helpful! The parking lot was limited, however the manager was super nice and staff helped us to find a parking place. It is understandable because this place is in the city. The tables for breakfast are limited and if you don’t want to eat on the balcony, you have to wait or eat in your room. The windows needed to clean regularly due to the massive insects.

Overall a pleasant stay, parking is an issue on the Weekend though as they do not have reserved spots for guests and the parking lot fills up with people visiting the park and restaurants

We loved the view of the lake, and the warm indoor pool. We didn’t like the parking situation, the lot was much too small and we often had to wait to get a paid parking spot, which was not included in the price of our stay.

Overall very nice experience!! Great food, service, amenities, etc. Very close to the water and walking distance to nearby spots! Only issue is our room was right outside the lobby which made it loud at times especially on a Saturday Night.
