The Guest Relations Manager, Sofia embodies a genuine customer service skills and competencies. She speaks English very well which was to our advantage as we either speak French or Arabic. We would have given the hotel a 5-star rating but we had some problems with our room, that prevented us from sleeping. However, Sofia quickly actioned and upgraded us to a better room, with an apology note and some sweets. Sofia also extended her services by connecting us to a guide and helping us with a lot of things, and tirelessly answering all our questions. We never ran out of them. We will definitely go back.

nice beach. Very basic service and room. Not the most helpful staff. Just very basic with decent updated bathrooms. I wouldve rated higher if this wasnt rated as a 5 star hotel, which it definitely is not.

Fabulous view and Friendly staff!
This is my fourth stay at the Radisson Blu in Hammamet and each time my experience has been wonderful. It’s a child friendly hotel, with a beautiful view, large indoor and outdoor pools, and easy access to their private beach. The staff are always friendly and pleasant and constantly available to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Highly recommended for anyone who needs a break, and especially for families.

Beautiful resort - good value in the off season
Beautiful place and a fairly good value I think. Breakfast was great except the coffee was terrible. Service was excellent. Very comfortable and quiet rooms and beautiful location. Not much to pick at. Elevator was VERY small for the size of the resort and would never come down to the pool level. Other than that, I'm sure we'll come again.

Nice location right on the beach. Hotel is very clean and staff are friendly. We had half board. The food was a good mix of western and Tunisian and generally of good quality. Would stay again.

Fantastic Experience!
Fantastic Experience! We spent the prior week exploring Tunisia via day trips from Tunis. Our four nights at the Raddison Blu were to simply relax, enjoy the beach, and recharge. The Raddison certainly allowed us to meet that objective. It is a beautiful hotel. The staff are very accommodating and helpful, especially Sophia at guest relations. The buffet breakfast was delicious and very generous. The hotel restaurants serve dinner too but the hotel is within walking distance of some good restaurants and the Medina is a short taxi ride away. The outdoor bar on the 2nd floor is a wonderful place to enjoy the evening under the stars. Plenty of Sun loungers at the pool and on the beach. Staff even sweep the beach to ensure that it is clear of any debris that washed ashore over night. We stayed in one of the suite, and our daughter in a traditional room. Both very comfortable. (The suite was nearly the size of some apartments back home.). Our suite, however, was set-up to accommodate four with extra beds in the living room rather than having a dining table and larger sofa. (Next time we’ll make a specific request.) The Raddison Blu is definitely on our “let’s come back here again soon” list.

I just can say the beach the only good thing, air conditioning in public areas at the hotel is sucks, if you would like to have lunch for example in cool place you won’t find, because it’s switched off at the restaurant. The pool very dirty I think they haven’t cleaned it for ages. Very bad internet. Towels at the beach it’s been used for ages has to be replaced. Not too much food selection. It’s very limited breakfast and dinner. It’s too long list to say

Well the AC does not work because the only turn it on for the month of June and August! a young Front desk clerk will chase you like a thug asking about settle your account charges before leaving and call the door man warning him to stand by until you pay ! It’s crazy ..when I asked him why he behaving that way …he state “ most hotel residents forget to pay “ I can’t make this up

Akta er för poolbaren
Inga kvitton i poolbaren gjorde att jag fick betala dubbelt för våra luncher. Jag betalade kontant varje dag vid poolen men vid utcheckning fanns allt som obetalt! Stressad valde jag att betala allt, igen. Tråkig frukostbuffé och det var längesedan hotellet var fräscht som på bilderna. Sunkigt och inte alls 5⭐️Inte ens nära. Dåligt matutbud, pizza med 3 kilo fet och rinnig ost och hamburgaren var gjord av lammkött. Inte mycket ätbart. Kvälls buffén var däremot helt ok. Personalen trevlig och tillmötesgående förutom vid utcheckningen.

We decided to pay for a premium room with a sea view, but in the room we received the air conditioner did not work and neither did the refrigerator. We called the front desk immediately and they said they would send a technician, who never came. We requested a different room. Our request was denied. Instead they finally sent the technician who concluded that he could not repair the air conditioning. At 10:45 PM we finally got a different room. In the new room the air conditioning was barely working, but it was better than our original room. This is not acceptable for a Raddison Blu.
