"The hotel is finishing up renovations but it didn’t affect our visit. This is our 3rd visit over the last few years and the renovations that have been completed are very nice. The one thing that stood out on this visit was the staff. My 2 sons and I were eating breakfast one morning (which breakfast was awesome) when my son accidentally knocked over his drink. "The pool was closed due to cleaning, That was a big reason why we picked the hotel while visiting Hershey. They did offer use of the pool next door but it was small and the water was cloudy. There was a damp smell to our room when we 1st arrived but it could have been from the AC. The staff was great and attentive, the kids loved the room. I’d stay here again when in the area. "

"The room & breakfast was great but the check-in was not smooth and we were told at one point that they didn't have th second room of our reservation b/c they couldn't find it. And they were letting other guests children play hide and seek around the whole hotel, making oodles of noise at 11pm at night. They had no control and other guests qwere asking to change rooms because of the noise. "
