"Just a one night stop after a late return flight into Gatwick…tired and grumpy! The only MEGA downside, was LACK OF SIGNAGE to the hotel from the car park. Signs at lift doors…once on the floor…you can’t see the hotel anywhere! A call to reception said to actually enter the terminal building! Not a happy bunny or two…as I said , long flight, very tired, luggage…SIGNS TO HOTEL NEED IMPROVEMENT. Aso, your website said there was parking available…without making it clear that it’s actually Gatwick Short Stay car park, not a car park solely for the hotel! Our overnight stay in the car park cost us £50!! "

"Beds were comfortable. Crab tree products for hair and skin were lovely . The bath was deep with high sides. Surprisingly quiet for an airport location. I felt safe. Was disappointed with the early check in process . I thought 25 pounds a lot to add to the room cost. Still waiting to see what the actual charge for the room is as there looks to be 2 charges on my credit card . Otherwise friendly staff. "

"Pleasantly surprised. Miost airport hotels are so so, and food indifferent. Arrived late had pizza and breakfast next morning was actually good. Like many hotels, a little pricey these days."

"We stayed here as we had an early morning flight. Very convenient with it being connected directly to the airport. The hotel is modern and clean and the staff are fantastic, very friendly!"

"Overall we enjoyed our stay. Our balcony room had a lovely view of the marina and we very much liked the ability to side open the patio style floor to ceiling windows. The breakfast was very nice with lots of options. There is a very wide variety of restaurants within easy walk. The only slight niggle was check-in. There was only one couple in front of us but it still took about fifteen minutes."

"Highly recommend, room was comfortable, clean amd had everything we wanted. View was lovely from the room amd the restaurant area. Staff were all very friendly, polite and helpful. Breakfast was great with a very large selection. Can't talk about the pool/spa as we didnt use it. "

"Easy check-in with friendly staff that assisted with extra towels and fan for the room. Would recommend air conditioning but was comfortable with fan provided, comfortable bed with available amenities. Would definitely stay again 5/5 "
