"The staff at this hotel were really helpful when we had noisy neighbours - they upgraded us to a much quieter and nicer unit. The breakfast spread was vast, supper also with many tasty choices (although not cheap). This was a pretty busy, bustling place. "

"Our room hasnt been renovated yet, but was a good size with great balconies with stupendous views. Service is AMAZING! To a person, every single employee we encountered was pleasant, helpful and made the whole stay very enjoyable. They responded immediately for questions we had. They sent help within minutes to reset the safe. We have food allergies and we graciously given alternatives. The dining hall is very well run with none of the frantic feelings I've encountered in past trips to Eilat....
