GREAT LOCATION AND ACCOMMODATIONS! ***READ ENTIRE DESCRIPTION*** Sleeps 4. NO ELEVATOR - 3rd Floor. Do not book if you or your family are challenged by using stairs.

The Heron building at the Spa of Port Royal Sound is one that is directly on the beach and this is where you will be just steps away from one of the most serene beaches fraught with wildlife.

The inside has been completely renovated. From smooth highlighted ceilings to luxury plank flooring, everything has been changed and updated. New kitchen cabinets with custom lighting and high end slate appliances, exotic granite, and custom subway tile back splash. An island was added to provide more storage and a bar area. All updated furnishings, dishes, silverware, pots/pans, linens, artwork, electronics, etc. All the new fixtures and furnishings throughout with great attention to detail and comfort. The kitchen has a little coffee bar area open to the new dining area and family room. Also in the family room is another nice bar area with second sink. Off the family room is a wonderful Carolina room (sun room) with lagoon, beach, and pool views. It makes a wonderful spot to relax, read, and visit. Enjoy an incredible sleep on one of the most comfortable beds with all new high end linens and pillows while you listen to the fountain just outside or the waves of the Sound. Two bedrooms and two full baths finished beautifully and very well appointed. Both baths have new flooring, elaborate custom tile work, new plumbing and lighting fixtures, new lavatory, etc. Towels and linens are provided. Your own washer and dryer for convenience, cable TVs in Master and Living Area, and so much more! Nothing spared! 24/7 gated security ensures you have an undisturbed visit and private beach! And what a wonderful beach it is!

There are bike rentals available just down the street and the bike trails run all the way to our complex. Sorry no pets allowed at the complex which includes pools, tennis courts, basketball court, picnic areas with grills, boardwalk, nature trail, private beach and so much more!

We love this place and really want you to have a fantastic stay so we try to as much as we can to ensure a wonderful stay including information on events, local eateries (value and high end with our personal reviews as well), maps of the area and places to visit, and so much more.

**THIRD FLOOR (Approx. 38 steps), NO ELEVATOR. LIMITED PARKING NEAR BEACH DURING BUSY SEASON** This beach is not recommended for swimming, but great for wading.** No lifeguard. Swim at your own risk. Located on Port Royal Sound NOT Ocean. Closest Ocean Beach is approx. 4 miles away at Folly Field Beach. Pools are open April to Oct.1 There are 2 outdoor pools. Parking Fee is $20/$5 for 2nd vehicle and you are required to pay for your parking fee upon arrival to gate. *** The parking fee is for the entire stay. 2 vehicles max. 2nd vehicle must park along fence to avoid fines.

The place was beautiful.
While our weather wasn’t great we still really enjoyed the place. It was just as beautiful as it looks in the pictures. We had a very nice stay and everything was great until the very end. However, we we’re about to be leaving and about 30 minutes before our scheduled checkout time the cleaning crew walked in on us without knocking or anything. It was very alarming and scared us badly. They said they were told we left yesterday but I had been in communication that were going stay and enjoy our trip despite the weather. Up until that point we would have definitely returned on a future visit but due this we will be looking for another place next time we visit the area.

Great place!
This condo is in a great location. Its on the 3rd floor but that allows for a great view of the beach & sound. You can also see the grounds, lagoon and one of the outdoor pools from the windows. Our teenage boys enjoyed fishing & exploring the beach area. Just bring water shoes with hard bottom to get thru the mud at low tide! Beds are comfy and bathrooms are nice! Kitchen is well stocked for cooking. Nice to have Spectrum cable also. It’s a fairly quiet area. We would consider staying here again when in the area.

A thing of beauty is a joy forever
This beautiful maritim furnished condo with carefully selected detailles fulfills everything you could wish for a succeeded vacation. In kitchen and bathroom you find really everything in more than sufficient quantity and quality from pans, cutlery, dishes, soaps. You have the feeling you are important to the owner who is so helpful and answers within minutes. I had the most relaxing comfortable holidays.

Wonderful Place
The condo has been updated nicely. It's a really comfortable place to stay. The beach is beautiful--it changes throughout the day as the tide moves in and out. Mitchelville Freedom Park is right next door--definitely worth a visit. The outdoor pools weren't open yet when we were there, but they looked really nice.

This is the second time I’ve stayed in this condo and it was as good as the first time!! The unit is lovely and super close to the beach. I truly enjoy the natural beauty of the beach on port Royal. Nicely remodeled unit with many useful accessories: kitchen well equipped, basic needs, local information, games, beach chairs, etc. Nice view. TVs had spotty service & being on the 3rd floor with no elevator was challenging for seniors.

Wonderful property and fantastic hosts. We came for a long weekend with two kids - 2 yo and 2mo. Beach is perfect distance to go then come back for bath a naps without a car ride. Great location overall.

We loved this area! Peaceful, out of the hustle and bustle. The sound beach is much different but after one trip to the Atlantic facing beaches, we didn’t leave the sound side again! The condo was very clean, comfortable, had great dishes, supplied everything we needed, and was decorated perfectly. We swam in every pool and had no complaints about any of them. While not every experience on the island was enjoyable, this property was, and it was always refreshing coming back to it :)

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The listing is 100% accurate. The condo was roomy and comfortable. The whole complex was well maintained and kept as clean as possible. Being right on the sound was nice and provided gorgeous sunsets. The owners were very responsive when notified of an issue with the kitchen faucet. Family vacation
Stayed for a week for our family vacation which included a young teen. The condo is a clean and comfortable for a small family. Pictures are accurate. Everything was updated and nicely decorated. We had everything we needed for the week and it was nice to go out to walk the beach at low tide every evening. Wouldn't hesitate to book this property again in the future!
