The room was full of unexpected surprises such as the free mini-bar and the cool touchpad in the room that controls your status (do not disturb, request room service, etc.). "It was great and clean disappointed by Klook as they would not return my message till after I left the country. They will not reimburse you even if there is a tsunami so if you book and it's bad weather you're only there for a night or two. Beat they say it is good for a year but that's if you return to the country. Your best just wait to hear back and pay for whatever excursion you want to see that way if bad weather then you don't go or lose your money. "
