Horrible. We checked went to the hotel at 9:30am, and was told that they would call us as soon as the room was available. We left our luggage and went to the beach and checked in at 4pm. At that point, we were told that they'd double booked and they sent us to another hotel which was cheaper than our initial reservation. They did not give us any refund for the price difference and I complained. They then called our new hotel and was told that we would be given a newly renovated room on the 17th floor worth $300 . We checked into the new room and were told that there was no such room. I don't know who lied or what but it was so stressful especially since this was a one-day layover in Hawaii and we ended up spending a lot of unpleasant time just trying to figure this out. We gave up just because we didn't want to spend any more time with this, but be warned about this hotel !

There was miss communication about parking and not enough detail when we booked that they charge $45 for valet and that there is no free parking but can park for $35 at another hotel about 4-5 blocks away. The pool was closed the entire time and that was not told to us either. Staff was nice and helpful. Our room was right by the elevators so we could hear everyone getting on and off. It was walkable to many restaurants and shopping and close enough to the beach. Breakfast was lame, not what the pictures show and honestly not worth it.

Staff are super friendly both on check in and out, very helpful. Breakfast is not super fancy. Wifi is fast. Rooms are big but bit old, acceptable tough. Location is excellent.
