"This is the ideal location to stay in Prague. It’s only a 6 minute walk from Charles bridge, yet ideally situated away from the tourist trap areas of Old Town. The staff at Three Stork (the sister hotel of the Waldstein) insisted on carrying the bags upstairs for us. They were available 24-7 for anything we needed. A delicious hot and cold breakfast is available from 7 to 10:30 am daily at the Waldstein in a quaint stony cellar. Unlimited coffee is available in the room from a Nespresso machine."

"The hotel is highly professional and has bellhops to take you and your baggage to your room. The bellhop is highly professional and very helpful in general. The single rooms are small, but very clean and well laid-out. Breakfast is fresh, and consistent with usual Czech offerings for the meal. They also have the option for currency exchange with some markup, but not as bad as ATMs."

"As a solo traveler, I felt extremely safe in the residence. Elena at the reception was most professional, kind and caring. I would highly recommend anyone to stay at this beautiful property. It’s a home away from home. I will definitely be back again thank you again for everything."

"Delightful reception staff. Beautifully renovated mediaval building with some unique art pieces. To get to upper floors was a bit tedious with need to take two different elevators Breakfast had limited fresh fruit selections. As we stayed for 11 days,we have noticed some days were mediocre, depending on number of guests. Excellent location."

"The room and decor were beautifull with an ornate painted ceiling and stunning wood floor, sadly let down by the bathroom. The room had a very comfy super king size 4 poster bed, sofa with 2 additional period chairs, a dining table for 4. In the corner of the room was a kitchenette, but only cups and glasses even though it had a 2 ring hob! The usual tea, coffee etc. No plates or cutlery or cooking pans. The bathroom was dated and not in a good way. The bidet had been broken and glued...

"Fantastic hotel with lovely staff. Huge space, perfect for a family of four with beautifully painted ceiling. Very quiet - the only thing we heard was the church bells ringing in the mornings and a lovely view over the wooded hill. Great location just below Prague Castle which meant you could beat the crowds in the morning.Everything else within walking distance. We much preferred Mala Strana to the old town which was very busy and seedy in places. We would definitely stay here again and highly...
