Walls are very thin so could hear the people next door snoring all night. There is a sign up in the bath room saying after 5days ..."

Johnsons of Old Hurst is well worth a visit. Farm animals, small children's adventure park, decent cafe, superb shop, restaurant (book well in advance) - and - CROCODILES ! A Tropical House with Crocs, snakes, turtles etc. Check out their website.
