Parking in basement is not good, policy of not giving access to B2 is beyond logic. I had to ask every time some one at front desk, they will come and unlock in the elevator , if they are busy you have to wait, totally unnecessary. restaurant is not clean, lot of dirt. I stayed twice, each time min 3 days, both rooms had issues, some times door won't unlock shower floor drain had issues, water won't drain. door handle loose etc., the only positive thing about this hotel is - food , good quality food, prompt service.
