"This is our second time staying in this wonderful property. The outdoor grounds are really the nicest of any place we’ve stayed. The pool, and the hot tub are spacious, and there is ample sun or shade, depending on the weather. The House comes with lots of inflatables to use in the pool, and an outdoor grill. Inside, the AV set up is great. The beds and linens are soft, clean and high quality, and the kitchen is extremely well-appointed. There are more towels than a family could ever use....

The neighborhood is only so so, Not much to walk to. There is definitely airport noise being only a mile away and you can hear the arterial street next to the master bedroom but it didn’t detract from the house. "Booked a last minute trip to Palm Springs for Spring Break and this house made the trip! Everyone from grandparents to kids loved it. The house itself was one of the best stocked rentals I’ve ever stayed at and had plenty of entertainment from the arcade games to board games. The pool was fantastic and the additional grass area was nice. All beds were large and extremely comfortable. House layout made it easy so the grandparents could have some separation from the kids. "We stayed for a week and had a grand old time. The cottage was exactly as the pictures showed. It was perfectly well appointed with very nice kitchen and bath tools. We ate in more than once bc it was such a nice setting. We ate by the pool one night and the other we were in our private patio with the hot tub which was lovely. The bed was so comfortable. We walked into downtown Palm Springs without 20 minutes. The hiking is a 10 minute walk (saw a rattle snake!—low point of the trip, YUCK!)....

Owner reimbursed us for items not in home or in need of replacement as we were there for 28 days. Cleaned the front door and screens due to the build up of sand and dirt causing an odor. "Overall it was good for families. Staff was nice and responsive. We loved the pool and it was perfect for little kids. Tons of fun there. The size of room was good and appreciated the full kitchen and washer dryer. Ample parking as well. Some cons: The sofa bed was in rough shape, but king size bed in bedroom was nice. Rooms (bathrooms in particular) and hallways were dated, but were still in good shape. Outdoor carpet on balcony could use replacing. Not sure the $20 USD resort fee per day...

"I’ve stayed here three times now, and it’s always comfortable and quiet. It’s nice to wake up and go sit by the pool outside your room. The full sized fridge and kitchen in the room were very helpful to have this time, since I’m in the middle of moving."
