"First time in Bali and this hotel is excellent. Just a 15 minute drive from the hotel and a bunch of Expedia VIP vouchers including return airport, 2 x 60 minute massage, £25 worth of food vouchers and 15 items of laundry. Lovely swimming and sun bathing facilities, food is good, staff are first class and just a 5 minute walk to the beach. Great shopping and dining options around the hotel. "Stayed 9 nights and loved everything from the comfortable rooms, hospitality, cleanliness, location and amenities. The staff goes out of their way to make you comfortable and happy during your stay! The complimentary breakfast every morning was amazing offering a variety of foods for breakfast or brunch. Gorgeous spa! During my stay I had a few massages, body scrub and a facial at the spa which was so relaxing and convenient to go from the spa to my bed in minutes. I felt so welcomed by the staff and was sad to leave. Had an amazing time and will go back! "
