Even though we were delayed arriving at the appointed time, our hostess made sure the “hand over” was seemless and she answered all of our questions. Living room and kitchen are well laid out together with open concept and access to the patio which wraps around the apartment! Great view of the town and the occasional full double rainbow. "I stayed here with my 2 teenage children and our dog. We loved the house and location. Only a short drive to gorgeous beaches when you turn right heading to roundstone and left towards ballyconneely. The house was really comfortable and well equipped. We all slept well in the calm and quiet of the beautiful surroundings. Wish we could have stayed longer! Thanks a million"

I could feel myself relaxing the moment I stepped out of the car with the view, sounds of the waves and smell of the sea. While it’s remote, it is also very near to anything you would need. The house was immaculate, thoughtfully laid out and well stocked. Debbie was delightful and a joy! Next time, our stay will be longer!!"

"Sunnybank House is exactly as described. Highlights for our group of 18 family and relatives include: evening gatherings around the two peat-burining fireplaces with a variety of Irish Whiskeys; a very short walk to the pubs and restaraunts in Clifden, having a chef cook a delicious dinner in our own kitchen for all of us to enjoy, sightseeing all around Connemara; golf at the Connemara Links course just 15 minutes away; and wonderful pub visits out in the country...especially Paddy Coynes pub...

"What a magical space, as soon as we entered the property all the stress and worries just dissapeared, the views are jaw dropping . A lovely space to just sit at one of the many windows or outside balcony with a nice glass of wine or cup of tea and just relax and watch the world go by. The village of roundstone is so charming with friendly locals and choices of places to eat and drink on your doorstep. A very special place indeed.
