"Francesco the Villa owner made us very welcome on arrival and communication prior and during the stay was excellent. The villa itself was cool and spacious during a hot week and the air conditioning in each bedroom was fantastic and at no extra cost. "A little nervous as contact was the day after we had left England but from that moment on communication from the owner was perfect.......he could not have done enough for us.......the house is beautifully located opposite the lake and has everything you need for your stay. The lake holds a serinity but just ten minutes away is lake iseo for that different but if life. Supermarkets are close. The jet shower is a lovely end to a day if walking or a swim in the lake. "The house it self and the rooms are big and comfortable. The kitchen however is small in comparison. Garden is very big and usable. Location is good enough to access various places, but some amenities are a few min drive away. The house is right on a fairly busy road but it's not an issue with the windows closed. The pool, while very nice and clean, is quite cold and even in mid August we struggled to utilize it. Overall the property does the job, but for the money, I hoped for something better."

The hosts were unbelievably helpful, even organising dinner reservations and a cake for a birthday! The area is absolutely stunning with so much to do and see. "Excellent location with lovely views. We visited late September and could find sun in the garden, when it shone, anytime of the day. The villa is well equipped. The lift was a bonus getting suitcases upstairs. The pool is small but well maintained. Beds were comfortable. Rubbish removed regularly . We enjoyed the games room in the basement."

"Eine traumhafte Lage mit tollem Blick auf den See. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. In dem liebe- und stilvoll eingerichteten Haus fehlt es an nichts. Die Vermieter*in sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und geben sehr gute Tipps. Die herzliche und gleichzeitig auf Privatsphäre bedachte Art der Vermieter*in kommen noch als i-Tüpfelchen obendrauf. Wir hatten eine richtig schöne Zeit und kommen gerne wieder. W & U , K & S , M & C."

"The house and location were beyond expectations! Jo was so helpful and gave recommendations for local restaurants and activities in the region. The bread and pastries were such a lovely start to each day. Lake iseo was beautiful and we swam in the lake each day. Jo also recommended routes to drive or avoid, which was so helpful as we were not familiar with mountain road driving. Thank you for an amazing week."
