"Hotel was right across the train station so it was not a long walk at all. Very convenient. The lake was behind the hotel so easy access. There is also a very nice and big restaurant right beside the hotel which was a bonus. The ferry station was about 10 minutes walk so not bad. Over all the hotel was great. Breakfast was included with our stay. It was average. "

"I loved our stay here! The staff were very kind and helpful, the hotel was cozy and quiet, the breakfast and restaurant offered a variety of excellent food. This hotel is also within walking distance of Tremezzo and the ferry and bus stops. It is uphill though, so you may want to hire a taxi if you have a lot of luggage. 5/5 highly recommend!"

Roberta was very responsive throughout on WhatsApp if we needed anything. The place was terrific and close enough to Bellagio to walk into town. "Staff very helpful especially Michael for our restaurant recommendation and transport assistance. The hotel was very clean, room spotless and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty. Hotel is set in the heart of old town Bergamo ideal for walking around the walls, shops and restaurants. We caught the bus back to the train station which couldn’t have been easier a short 5 minute walk to the bus stop- I would recommend if coming in by train to utilise the bus up the hill to the hotel as it is quite a hike 40 mins and then the funicular ( which was the fun bit)."
