Disgusting. This is misleadingly advertised, this is far from a 3 star hotel. It is the equivalent of a slum, it is not much better than sleeping on the street. The rooms are noisy that you can literally hear your neighbors breathe and every move they make. I checked out the next morning and they refused to refund me for the reminder of my nights. I didn’t know you could have such a poor hotel in a developed country. AVOID

The rooms have zero sound proofing , you can clearly hear the people in the next room. the hotel fronts onto a tunnel entrance of a busy road , across the street is an empty lot , just not nice. the back of the hotel is very close to a mosque and you will be blasted out of bed by the amplified morning call to pray at very early o'clock i thought some one was in the room it was so loud, breakfast was ok , staff friendly enough.

The hotel was clean, the staff very helpful. The only negative thing was the unpleasant smoking smell in our room. Despite the fact that we are non-smoking persons, the smoking smell it was everywhere stuck in the walls of the room we stayed in, we had to sleep for the whole duration of 7 nights with open window overnight to eliminate the unbearable smoking smell. We asked the staff to be placed on another room whereas the smoking smell could be off completely or at least less than our own room and the room we saw was worse than ours so no point of changing it. I suggest to hotel management to prohibit smoking inside rooms. The buffet breakfast was nice, lots of choices, enjoyed it. Very clean and its location is in a beautiful area.

Excellent location and good service
Good hotel . the suite was so noisy so we changed our booking to standard rooms which is less noisy but you still hear guests in another rooms . stuff is good and breakfast was very good . location is awesome.

Great Hotel for Great Price
When I booked on this site I got the room with double beds for a reasonable price. I originally wanted the hotel for 2 nights but I decided to stay due to the friendliness of the staff, good breakfast, and good location. The hotel is near Vialand which is fun amusement park, good restaurants and malls, 10 min from the port and 20 min to Taksim and other attractions by car.

Lovely staff, very pleasant and helpful.
Most of the staff do not know how to speak English but try their best using a translator. The hotel is acrually very nice, the rooms have wifi and a fridge, a safe in the wardrobe and a prayer mat for Muslims. Lovely.

Clean hotel far away from the hustle and bustle
The hotel was very clean, the rooms were nice but on the smaller side. The hotel staff were more or less friendly but no one spoke English so it was very hard for me to ask questions about the area or public transportation. The hotel is much further away from all the sights which in a way was nice, as it was quieter but you have to figure out how to get around town.
