After a bit of a hiccup at check in, the staff were amazing at making sure I was taken care of. Breakfast at the hotel was also amazing.

The staff was so helpful. The night manager was just the best. He went out of his to get us a room, we had just flown in and were exhausted. The hotel is gorgeous, an absolute hidden gem. Defo going back!

The hotel was very good and the staff was very friendly especially Alp front desk reception and his colleague because my reservation was two twin beds they helped us and upgraded to duplex room. For one day very close to the airport.

Perfect hotel near the SAW airport. The rooms are large, clean and have everything you need. The staff was wonderful and very attentive. They brought me up a chocolate treat a few hours into my stay as well as some extra water. Tatyana, Mustafa, Ugur, and Cem were so sweet and constantly checked in to make sure I was comfortable and if I needed anything. I would recommend this to anyone to needs a nice hotel near the airport.

Hreat place, wonderful staff.
We had a family crisis and needed to stay at a hotel. We were so glad we choae this one. It was an amazing palce to saty, grwat location and @mustafa on reception and @tatyana showed the family everything and @cen were all incredible. Highly recommend staying here.

Overall it was a good hotel. Room was very good and comfortable. The only thing we didn't like was WiFi. It was terrible. It was complicated to login with all those infos( room no, name surname etc) and then when finally we logged in it waf very very slow. We didn't have breakfast so I could not say anything about it.

EIN MEGA TOLLES HOTEL VERDIENT WIRKLICH 5 STERNE
Also auf dem Foto war ich mir unsicher ob das Hotel gut ist deswegen habe ich mir dieses Hotel nur wegen dem Flug nähe Flughafen gebucht mit null erwartungen weil ich mit Hotels in Istanbul etwas enttäuscht war. Aber Miracle war mega ich bin erst abends eingereist und habe es bereut ich hätte früher von istanbul los fahren sollen und noch den ganzen Tag genießen sollen. Personal war auch sehr nett Spa war ich auch vom preis her jetzt nicht billig aber war sehr gut. Ich werde dieses hotel wieder buchen nur natürlich länger. Zu Fuß hat man einen Großen Einkaufscenter um die Ecke 5 min entfernt also einfach TOP wirklich.

A great experience exceeding expectations
I stayed at the Miracle connected with a longer business trip to Istanbul. I absolutely did not regret my choice. Can't put my finger on one thing that could be better. That goes from the check-in late in the evening to the check-out. The facilities at top class, clean and well taken care of. A big indoor pool, spa and fitness is a big plus after a long day with meetings - and a great way of recharging. . The food served at the hotel was like the hotel itself to class. The surroundings are a very quiet, which gave a good night’s rest. The staff is very friendly, and doing everything to make the stay comfortable. It is difficult to mention individuals, as the entire staff was very friendly. However, especially Tetiana, Mustafa, Batuhan and Ugun made a lasting impression on me. I can only recommend Miracle hotel.
