Great value!
It was a short overnight stay and the employees were kind and respectful. Clean room, quite area and in close proximity to historic sites of the european side of Istanbul. Great deal!

We had fantastic stay in Nagehan hotel. The hotel owner Hamzeh and all other staff such as Bayram and Ali made our stay very good and comfort. They helped us in many things and provided extra things that normal hotels don't offer. We were offered a free pudding when we arrived. Rooms were cleaned well everyday and supplied with enough towels, toiletries, coffee and tea. The breakfast was various and tastes very good. The man responsible for staff was very good and always making sure to fill any empty dishes. It doesn't matter if you come late for breakfast because you will find the dishes full always. The breakfast area is bright and tidy. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely book again in this hotel in the future.

Very bad experience...disappointed
Booking system with Hotels.com doesnt work well. When I came to my hotel It was told me that I dont have done any booking even I had received confirmation letter in my email and money were taken from account. Manager of hotel offered to me one day in another hotel but this hotel wasn't finished yet. They are still building the upper levels. Room was very dusty, not working fridge, very noisy coz of work(they mentioned that)but staff was very nice and helpful... Next day we moved to our hotel (3mins far) where I actually booked accommodation for 5 days. First day in our room didn't work air-condition thats meant to move again to another room and that was already very ennoying. In new room didnt work shower properly, toilet was liking, they didnt do housekeeping every day or they done it at 6:30pm...I had to go ask for toilet paper, non left.. breakfast was real basic... And accommodation was pretty expensive. I can't recommend this hotel at all even staff was great and location good too. I would never come back.

It's walking distance from most places in the center of the city. Great breakfast, comfortable beds and kind personal. Overall a very good experience, I would totally recommend it

Das Hotel in Istanbul-Fatih war sehr zentral. Die Mitarbeiter des Hotels waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Würde ich gerne wieder buchen und weiterempfelen.

Nella norma
Struttura molto in ordine...camera spaziosa..posto centrico sicuramente usato come albergo di passo. Staff gentile, peccato che nn si riesce a capire molto "il loro inglese" tranne il gestore che lo parlava bene. Una pecca sola.. essere a un terzo piano senza ascensore e trascinare 4 valigie.

Ahmed an der Rezeption war sehr hilfsbereit und sehr nett. Zimmer wurde gewechselt. Frühstück müsste verbessert werden.

Dårlig hotel slidt
Manglende rengøring kun hvis du selv beder om det. Slidt seng ødelagt og dårlig komfort. Morgenmaden er ikke det værd- uhygiejnisk. Gardiner på værelset sort af kul udefra de har ikke været vasket i flere år. Personalet bliver fornærmet over det hvis I beder om rengøring. Placeringen i skidt kvarter hvor der er narkomaner. Ikke for familie.

Değerli misafirimiz öncelikle yapmış olduğunuz yorum kesinlikle gerceği yansıtmıyor. birincisi otelimizde günlük bakımlar her oda için yapılıyor. sizin kaldığınız odada kesinlikle kırk yatak mevcut değildir .siz kendiniz bel ağrım var diye yerde yatmak istdiğini söylediniz ve onun içinde size yer yatağı yaptık hiç bir üçret almadan.perdelerimiz yılda en az üç defa yıkanıyordur.kahvaltımız oldukca hijyen ve zengindir biz sonucta butik bir oteliz ve elimizden gelenin en iyisini yapıyoruz misafirlerimiz memnun kalsınlar diye.eğer siz bir butik otelden yedi yıldızlı konfort bekliyorsanız size tavsiyemiz biraz paraya kıyıp altı yada yedi yıldızlı otellerde konaklamanız.sizden ricamız yalan yalnış yorum yapmayınız biraz gercekci olun . ve bizim otelimizede birdaha rezervasyon yapmayınız.
