The hotel was not only very pretty and organized and clean, but the staff was very polite. The cleaning lady was very orderly and did do a thorough job! Her babe was Emriyah. Great I will definitely visit Turkey and plan my stay at Retaj Royale Hotel. Thank you!

The property is not maintained well at all. When I entered rooms toilet was very unclean. Area around is not so nice either.

Awful Check out
Check in fast, comfortable stay, they charged me 30€ at Check out for minibar, we didn't use anything from minibar, the minibar was not completed when we took the room. Check out was so long about 20 minutes.

Good place for business trips
Staff is very friendly, breakfast was so bad, location is not near to any subway and the only kind of public transport is the bus. If you are traveling through Istanbul Airport it’s near to it but for Sabiha its too far. Clearness and comfort are in high quality.
