Fabulous Hotel In Istanbul Suburbs
Fabulous hotel with very large rooms, separate dining area in room and very large and nicely stocked bathroom. Very quiet location and very convenient to a shopping mall and food court via elevator in the hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful, buffet breakfast had huge selection.

The laundry was absolutely not good as we received our clothes uncleaned ex chocolate spots remained. Additionally, matters are in poor condition and not comfortable.

Room is excellent in terms of size and services. Staff was very friendly. I like it since it is a two story hotel and is connected to a mall & different sevices

The only issue was air conditioning was very bad, it disconnect it self even after inform them still no progress.

Nice big and comfortable clean rooms but unfortunately the free bus was stops this month and taxi cost around $35 roundtrip to downtown but theres puplic buses cheap for relax u dont need to go anywhere coz everything close to u

Hotel needs a lot of improvements, it is rated as 5 stars, but i won't rate it more than 3 stars! Hotel staff are very nice and welcoming, but other than that everything is wrong! poor showers, poor amenities, hotel location, transportation to/from hotel, breakfast provided, weak WiFi...

Hotel staff is ill-mannered not at all friendly.
Poorly managed, reception staff has no manners to talk to guests and even kids. Not recommended at all. Hotel ownership must look at changing front line staff. They have no manners

We waren in februari in Vialand hotel, dus we hebben geen gebruik kunnen maken van de Themapark Vialand aangezien die pas later open gaat. Wel is het winkelcentrum boven het hotel een aanrader, lekker eten en genoeg attracties voor de kids. Hotel kamer was iets te koud, hoge plafonds maakte het dat het minder snel warm werd. En onze kamerpasjes hebben nooit gewerkt, elke keer moest iemand van de receptie met ons mee lopen, dat was heel vervelend. Ontbijt was heerlijk, heel veel variatie. Parkeren is gratis, maar bij het boeken hebben we wel moeten betalen.
