The reception staff were exceptional, very friendly and incredibly helpful, including advice about an adventure company in Jaca that took my son canyoning - it was a great recommendation. I would unfortunately have to say that the only exception to the fantastic service would be the staff in the dining room who came across as unapproachable and not very helpful."

Parking is on street, but a 1 euro fee (city fee) allows for overnight parking ( get parking permit right away at check-in and put in your dashboard) . 5 minute walk to restaurants and shops and Romanesque cathedral, as well as a star fort of Phillip II vintage.
