We could not even stay at this hotel, it was the dirtiest hotel I’ve ever stepped into. The carpets that were supposed to be green looked black in the hallways and don’t even get me started on the rest of the hotel. Save your money and go to the Hampton across the street and it’s the same price. I am extremely unpleased with my experience and was not able to get refunded. I would rate 0 stars if possible

The hallways were dirty. The carpet was filthy and didn’t look vacuumed in weeks. Outlets in the room didn’t work. The blow dry didn’t work. The sink never did get hot water and was clogged. The smell of weed very strong in the hallway.

My key card never worked correctly. I had to keep going to the front desk to get rescanned. They finally said that the scanner wasn't working. Do you think you can fix it? No coffee in the room 2nd night and towels needed to be done for 2nd morning...not a good stay

The only good thing about the property was that everything was nearby, including the port which was 25 minutes out. Next time I’m just gonna spend more money and stay closer to the port

I own a short term rental cleaning company and when I say that the most basic of cleaning isn’t even done inside this property..this place needs to burn to the ground and all refunds issued. I went and bought my own sheets to use because I didn’t trust that even those were cleaned. This was by far the most disgusting hotel I’ve ever seen.
