Paying $650 per night for a room, you expect cleanliness and your bathroom fixtures working in good order. Neither was the case. In addition, there was no bath gel soap in the dispenser in the shower. Poor quality control. Omni hotels are so pedestrian. You can get better accommodation at a Holiday Inn off the interstate highway. Omni should be ashamed and take immediate action to improve the room 141.

This hotel had so much to offer and the entire staff was excellent. From the moment we arrived, we were treated so well at check in. Everyone was pleasant and eager to make our stay wonderful. There was a nice selection of restaurants, and the hotel grounds, pool areas and beach were beautiful and well maintained.
