Most of them speak simple english and even when they did not understand, they had a translator phone to communicate with us. "We stayed here in hopes of seeing Mt. Fuji and got the best view. We enjoyed a relaxing day of rain, but woke to sun and a great view. The property is clean and staff freinsly. It was a birthday trip and they noticed it on my passport and created a sign and gift. Should’ve read the details on the website to bring food in, but they were willing to help. Will for sure stay if ever in the area again. "

We had to look for a new place during the night on the fly. Worst part of our visit to Japan was this booking. I felt they knew they were the only option available nearby. "

"施設は出来立てで綺麗です。 一番気になったのは部屋のスリッパがあったんですがトイレのスリッパがないから部屋のスリッパで入らないといけないことが嫌でした。 トイレ用にも使い捨てスリッパを置いておいて欲しいです。"
