There are many positives to staying at the Overlander Lodge. it has an incredible view on the terrace the restaurant there serves fantastic breakfast and dining options. The staff were super friendly and recommended a fantastic brewery to dine at which was only a 3 minute drive from the lodge

Inside of property looked older than expected but it was very clean. One note- i was startled when the fireplace automatically came on while sleeping- evidently it is linked to the thermostat which is no problem, but I wish I would have known.

Very well maintained for an old building. Lots of history here. The washrooms are small but the room was very clean and the mountain views were impressive. Very friendly staff at reception and in the restaurant.

Beautiful facility at tranquil and pretty location. It was convenient to area sites. It might be nice to have a small microwave and TV in rooms. Overall we enjoyed our stay there and would return again.
