"The hotel is nice, but a little dated. It could use a face-lift, especially in bathrooms, and electrical outlets. However, their SPA is simply amazing. Simple, but practical, and clean. The steam bath is the biggest that I have seen in any hotel. The staff were great. I particularly want to thank Ahmed from the Grill restaurant, and Atef from the concierge desk. Both provided outstanding service, and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable, and memorable. Our thanks to both,"

"Hotel is very modern and clean. I arrived at 3am and the staff were very helpful with storing my luggage whilst I went to perform Umrah. The room was very nice. Only negative I can say is that the shower didn’t have a door or curtain so when I would use the shower, there would be water on the floor. I had Iftar in the restaurant which was great and good value for money. "

"Despite renovation taking place ( which was not mentioned by Hotels.com at the time of booking) the stay was excellent. We did not hear the noise from renovation. Reception staff were totally brilliant. The view of the Red Sea from hotel is worth paying for. "

"My room was in the first floor and there was a wedding party at the ground floor, so the sound of the DJ music was noisy and we couldn’t sleep quickly. There was a leaking in the bathroom and there was only 2 towels. I requested a crib for my baby and they didn’t have."
