"This is a very nice beach front hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The roo was nice and had a balcony with an ocean view. It was a bit small by US standards. Buffet breakfast was excellent. Lots of restaurants with in walking distance. Short walk to bus stop. "

The Expedia "rooftop terrace" is totally misleading, there is no rooftop terrace. "Everything was perfect. Ideally placed a couple of minutes walk for a (very cheap) bus service to Punta Sabbioni then water taxi to Venice. Slept really well on probably the most comfortable hotel beds were have experienced - air conditioning a godsend as it was very hot. Hotel staff helpful (and fun as there are not many Brits in the area). Definitely the place to go to chill and as our first taste of Italy we were delighted (we are booking again as I type). "
