"Ms Elena was very helpful, the building is hard to find, so she came to get us from the junction. She also sent a cab to come pick us up. She explained everything to us about the apartment that we needed to know about. The owner was very thoughtful when I brought up a minor concern, he resolved the issue immediately. Communication was excellent. Elena gave us a departure gift. She also made it easy for an uber pick up to the airport at 330 am. That you Elena and Jack for your generosity"
