Beautiful hotel, walking distance from Eftling theme park. The Hotels restaurant has amazing food and the bar offers great drinks. Hotel has a beautiful garden with a playground for kids. Definitely recommend.

I have 3 small kids and this place was perfect! We were jaded after a whole day in efterling, we were able to eat dinner downstairs and headed straight to our room. The breakfast was awesome for the kids too, there's a pancake making machine, cereal, fruits, bread etc. There's a play area in the cafe area for the kids after breakfast. It's also an hour away from rotterdam, utrecht and the other cities. Would love to come back!!

Great location to Efteling, probably closer than their actual hotel. Breakfast was great and there were free laundry machines which was much needed. Great garden area to enjoy a drink, mini golf , billiards,etc.

Place was clean, kinda cramped. Lots of things for kids to do. We didn’t love how from 11pm-6am they shut the gate of the parking lot, I mean.. I know it’s for security but I just don’t like not being able yo leave if I want to and also good to know if you need to catch a flight from the airport 1.5 hours away.

The room was very clean but a sparse. Breakfast is not great and overpriced. They used cheap eggs for the scramble and all coldcuts, butter and jellies are individually packaged so you leave the table with a pile of plastic wrappers.

Very close to Effteling
Very good place to stay . Walking distance to Effteling park break not great value if you are vegetarian or vegan. Staff very pleasant and welcoming. Restaurant closes at 9 . So food option's very limited .

Nice room. Clean and comfy. Check in was smooth with smiley staff. At the evening when we came back from Efteling after a long day, the staff were less responsive and acted like we are not welcome at their restaurant.

Modern and slick looking guesthouse. Main traffic is to Efteling theme park. Last room available was a room to sleep 5, so not brilliant value. Essentially, slickly designed bunkbeds with minimal floor space and small bathroom. Would be handy if you had 3 kids. Ever since booking, I was bombarded with emails asking me for a variety of information to make check in easier and adding extras - which I did. When we arrived, they could not find the booking and it randomly turned up under my son's name. Breakfast was expensive for what it was but the surroundings were nice. We mentioned a gluten free person in our party at check in but it seemed to be a complete surprise at breakfast and we were rather grumpily told we should have let them know! There was a air hockey machine and pool table and good bar area. The styling was disguising some of the basic qualities though. Laundry carts were left everywhere and we had to walk past storage piled up in the corridor to get to our room. Supermarkets and shops directly nearby and easy parking. There is a great Greek restaurant nearby too. You can even walk to the Efteling. On balance, we would have liked it better at a more reasonable price.

We stayed here for 3 nights as we visited Eftling. It was a short walk to the amusement park and many food options were around for lunch / dinner. Breakfast in the morning can get crowded, but we enjoyed it.

Excellent Location to visit Efteling Park
This hotel is situated in an excellent location for a visit to Efteling as there is just a 5 mins walk to the park. It has a lot of amenities intended for the younger guests and my son really enjoyed using them. The rooms are very nicely decorated and beds are very comfortable. In a room occupied by 4 persons (as in our case) it was a bit difficult to manage the space in view of the luggage. Overall a great experience

We spent a week at the Guest House Hotel in Kaatshevel and we loved it. Great patio, restaurant and staff. All spoke English and we felt very welcome. Comfortable beds and clean and crisp bedding. The rooms are smallish by Canadian standards, but we had all we needed.

Loved it!
Clean, stylish, functional room, friendly staff. Their roof terrace is very nice, overall good atmosphere. Would recommend if visiting the Efteling! It’s only a few minutes away.

The hotel is only eight minutes walk to Efteling. The room is big and the beds are very comfortable. Everywhere is clean and there is a big social room for common use. The hotel also has a nice garden on 2nd floor which is outside of the social room. It’s just perfect. I really enjoyed my stay.

Family friendly close to Efteling
Very family friendly with playground outside and play areas in the bar and restaurant plus kid trolleys to borrow. Innovative bedding to accommodate large groups, unfortunately main bed is not very supportive if you have a bad back. Very close to Efteling, likely to be the main reason for most families staying here. Food in the restaurant was delicious too.

Modern, contemporary designs. Friendly helpful staff. Spacious clean room with ensuite shower. Plenty of towels. Daily cleaner if required. Quiet. Good facilities, bar, resturant, outside space. Could do with a hairdryer and a kettle in the room. Easy 10 minutes walking distance of Efteling & local busses. Supermarket round the back of the hotel. Perfect place to stay for families or friends. Would recommend this hotel & will be visiting again.
