It is an older property and needs work on the outside. Lots of ocean air wood damage. The room was very clean, furniture was in good shape. Very comfortable. Loved having the balcony and large sliding door to hear the ocean. Only issue was the ceiling fan didn't work and they had to order a part so we didn't have use of it. We left our balcony door open so the ceiling fan would have been beneficial. They didn't have a room on the same floor to move us to and didn't seem to be concerned about the fan not working. After expressing that we weren't happy that they didn't seem to care, they refunded half our resort fee. Didn't have to fight them on it. It wasn't the Hyatt but we would stay there again.
