"The hotel is beautiful and the staff were very nice !we enjoyed the spa and the room, but We had one problem in the room The AC wasn’t working and they sent us somebody to fix it but he couldn’t. When we ask for another room the lady said it was full and her solution to the AC problem was to open the window. We were very disappointed and couldn’t sleep because of the noise outside. Beautiful hotel but no AC."

"If you enjoy a Finnish style sauna and spa, and German style breakfast, this is the place for you. A few cultural differences like charging your cc before you arrive (told to qualify our "credit worthiness" ..) and not allowing our 1 year old baby boy to sleep in a large bed between us (a hotel policy we were told).. the staff were professional but did not make us feel like we were welcome to return. О достойной презентации еды вообще не может быть и речи. Еда убогая. Немного самой дешевой нарезки - есть это невозможно. Вареные яйца - это единственное, что можно выбрать. Хлеб намного хуже чем самый дешевый хлеб дома. Есть помидоры и огурцы - но все это такое некачественное, просто диву даёшься. А...
