Staff are helpful, friendly and responsive. The apartments are comfortable and the AC is fantastic! You won't be hot in these apartments. "Staff at this hotel is incompetent and horrible, especially the man with the glasses. He was very rude and arrogant and accused me of stealing their room key when I didn’t and talked to me so rudely. He then checked the camera and reached back to inform that the key was found. When I escalated the situation, they did not do anything about it. The bathroom was dirty and smelly, did not want to shower there. Would definitely not recommend."
