"Exceptional setting, welcome and room comfort. The room was extremely clean, had a little balcony on the garden, and it definitively had a feel of paradise! They accommodated our early arrival and gave us breakfast to go, given our early flight the next day. I don't think we have ever experienced such a high level of hospitality. We wished we could have stayed longer. Highly highly recommend!"

A daily WhatsApp message gave information about the day’s events. Al La carte restaurants need booked by 3pm that day, we arrived at 2pm and weren’t advised of this and so couldn’t use this service that day and as we only stayed 4 nights it was disappointing, this should have been advised at check in. "Terrible lack of service from both reception and housekeeping. Resort is generally very tired and needs updating/refurbishment. Food is average at best and in our group of 4 all 4 of us had stomach difficulties. Alcoholic drinks are watered down. They charge you for wifi and it barely works. They also charge you to use the safe in the room. Beach is very average compared to others in the local area. Very difficult to find any positives. "
