"Beautiful Georgian Townhouse-perfect setting for a multi-genertional birthday event. Size and nature of the kitchen facililitated our exceptional chef,Ed Jennings,in preparing and cooking the birthday meal and serve straight to dining room and we were then able to move upstairs for dancing!!!! We all had an execeptional stay and our lovely host Deanna was always on hand to answer any questions and gifted me with some birthday bubbles upon my arrival-and other goodies.Will definately be staying...

"I love these type of B&B’s. This B&B is steeped in history built in the 18th century, On the land owned by the Spencer family, Vincent Van Gogh also lived on the square, so this is not a modern hotel if that’s what you’re looking for, it has steep stairs and smallish rooms, but is full of character, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the hospitality was fantastic and the breakfast was delicious, the pub on the corner is very friendly and only a short walk to the beach."

The rooms and facilities were great we were close to the local shops and central Margate was in close walking distance.
