We travel a lot and this was honestly one of the nicest hotels we have ever stayed in. Starting with the warm welcome from Rika, we loved everything about this beautiful home from home. The views are stunning, rooms are very comfortable and everywhere was spotless and newly decorated. Breakfasts are the only meal offered here and they are outstanding, with lots of choices. Beautiful views from the dining room too. We appreciated all the extra touches, like two nice lounge areas and tables and chairs on the patio, and provision of coffee and cake, plus glasses and a fridge in the lounge, should you want to bring your own drinks. Most B&B’s seem anxious for you to clear off after breakfast and not return till nightfall. At the Grange, you are encouraged to stay and make yourself at home. What really sets it apart are the people who run the place and make you feel like an honoured guest. It’s no surprise that so many people staying there are returning customers. It’s a 15 minute walk down the hill into Keswick, and access to the lake and many great walks, as well as all the town has to offer. It was nice not to have to worry about parking in town. We had some great dinners (Fellpack Kitchen is wonderful), went to the theatre and cinema, and really enjoyed our time in Keswick. Looking forward to returning and wouldn’t think of staying anywhere else but the Grange. Highly recommended

This was our first visit to this B&B in Keswick having been coming for over 25 years, but was the best so far. Excellent accommodation, exceptionally clean with the staff amazingly helpful and polite. Great Cumberland breakfasts overlooking Catbells. Will definitely stay here again.

Fabulous B&B in Keswick. 10 minute walk in centre so in a perfect location. Ample free parking on site. Staff were all lovely and friendly. We stayed in room 8 and it was a really good size and the bed was so comfy. Breakfast was fantastic, cooked to order and also a selection of fruit, yogurt etc to help yourself too. Would definitely stay here again.
