The room was freezing and couldn’t get the space heaters to work because the front desk woman didn’t tell me that you have to put your room key card in some slot to get any electricity ..."

"This is a very nice hotel and you can use the pool at the gym that is attached! It is in a nice location- but a little far from town if you want to go to the castle or the medieval museum- you will probably want to drive."
