"The hotel is outstanding. We stayed in the Ursula Andress room, wow it was fantastic, a steam room in the room, hot tub and patio with fireplace. They thought of everything. Attention to detail was perfection. Very clean and comfortable. The only small downside was the restaurant staff were very slow. However everyone was lovely, just you don’t want to be in a rush."

"The Ffokes hotel is in a great location for Sandringham, although the only thing in the village is a garage as well as the Ffokes restaurant. The room was absolutely stunning - immaculately clean, excellent interior design, with a fridge and all amenities thought of. The en-suite was huge and beautifully designed. Steep stairs going up to room in the roof. All staff friendly and professional, car park easy and secure. Breakfast was great with lovely homemade yoghurt and granola pots. "

"12 bedrooms in an historical building next to the River Ouse with plenty of car parking and within easy walking distance of rail and bus stations and the town centre. Locally the Bank House is known for its restaurant, which did not disappoint. A lovely room also. The electric shower was slow to work and difficult to control, but that was my only complaint. I'd stay there again."

"Lovely historic property on Tuesday Market Place. Lots of opportunity to walk the pedestrian mall that runs off TMP. A few chain restaurants are close by (Nando’s & McD’s) with the large Globe Weatherspoon just across. The breakfast buffet at Duke’s was very good with lots of selections kept fresh."

"Fantastic hotel, clean, quiet and the spa facilities included were a great touch. Staff were friendly and the options for food was great. We had room service and could chose food from the pub and resturant too. Hotel entrace has no signage though so i got confused which building to go to. We stopped to visit sandringham and castle ridings which was just down the road. "

"I Stayed in a lovely shepherds hut called bluebell which was lovely and quaint inside. Plates, glasses, cutlery, cups and kettle are provided. There is a small general kitchen area with kettle, toaster, microwave and hotplate. You will need to bring your own pans and there is a fire area provided on which you can cook food too. In the hut a small single camping gas cooker is available and all linen and towels are provided also. My breakfast hamper included fresh eggs from their own hens (which are super friendly) and a small microwavable bowl to cook them. The toilets and shower areas were clean well maintained and restocked with hand towels, toilet paper and handwash. Hot water was always available when i stayed in mid May. That's the practical stuff. For me personally i loved being so close to nature, you open the door and are on the edge of huge meadow that is frequented by birds, hares and butterflies. I went to relax and that's just what i did. The beach is only a few hundred feet from you as are great walks. The only downside for me if i was forced to make one is the bed is a firm mattress on a hard base. Great for some but i'm softie lover, so i folded my quilt a few times, i didn't need it because it was warm and i'm sure had i asked Nigel or Carol would have provided more. Lovely hosts. "
