"The staff was very unfriendly upon arrival, almost seemed like it bothered them that we were there. The location is a bit aways from things that are going on in Koh Phi Phi, which wasn't a big deal but we wish it was more known on the hotel description. The rooms were very dingy and bare, our beds rolled around when we sat on them. The floor gets very sandy and at night there are a lot of mosquitoes. The room was so bare it was uncomfortable. We moved to a hotel down the road the next night."

"This property gives you the bare necessities, and not much more. The view is excellent, and you have to climb a lot of stairs if you’re staying in the higher up cottages. We really didn’t need much more for our stay in phi phi, and found it affordable when comparable to other accommodations. "Check in process was really frustrating, got moved from one location to another, would have been good to have known this from the start. Nobody at the reception desk ever, really difficult when you need tissue paper or even during checkout, waited 15 minutes until someone arrived.
