"Good location, lovely staff, probably requires a little refurbishment, but not too bad overall. Check in took a little longer than expected but passing staff member helped entertain the kids which was nice, after a 14hr flight! Housecleaning team were good, nice little touches such as chocolates for the kids. Also tying up our phone cables etc., always asked if we needed anything. Would like to thank all that serviced our room, although we didn’t see you, you are appreciated, hope management...
