This is not a 4 star hotel as they advertise. I would give it not even 1 star. Thank God we only booked for one night. (moved to another hotel after for the rest of our vacation). I took pictures of how dirty the washroom was so I'll be posting them on another site. The toilet seat was moldy and yellow/brown stained colour. We have travelled the world and never have we seen such a disgusting thing! We came down and told the guy at reception about it and showed him picture after which the only thing he said was “ok”. What kind of service is this? Did they change it? No. Did they offer another room? No. I believe they gave up on this hotel and don’t care about anything. The only thing was clean was the sheets and the boy at the bar pool was nice. There are many other hotels for similar price that are not this dirty.

The room was extreme dirty . Despite requesting the staff to clean the room no effort was ever taken. Personal things went missing including my toddlers shampoos and shower gels ! Staff walks in without knocking on the door. Bedsheets were discussing , there was blood on it. After asking the staff to change them 3 times I gave upas I was completely ignored. I’m general, it was very dirty and ideal of you have babies and toddlers as they touch and put everything in their mouth.

The hotel residence is quite good. My kids like the pool side and must of time they spent there. But its timing was vert late from 10am till 7.00 pm. Hotel need improvement in the following areas Good English speaking receptionest required. We asked for prayer mate 2 times but they never attend our request. Secondly there was no kettle for hot water to prepare tea or even iron. For each item they eree charging money.

Location is excellent for those reasonably fit.
Lovely quiet hotel close to the marina shops and restaurants (5 mins). Beautiful walk to city centre, 15/20 minutes. Warm and welcoming staff with spacious rooms overlooking the marina and Kusadasi bay/harbour.

Very nice!
The room was clean and comfortable with a wonderful view. The staff was very friendly and kind. Breakfast buffet was enough. If we need to stay one more time to Kusadasi, we go there with no hesitation. Thank you.

terrible never been in such disgusting hotel !!!
NO AIR CONDITION FOR MY 4 NIGHTS OF STAYING! BAD ARE TERIBLE AND WORN OUT LONG TIME AGO BACK ACE EVERY MORNING SHOWER WATER GOES EVERY WHERE ALL OVER THE FLOOR ONE ELECTRICAL SOCKET IN THE ROOM FOR THE TV SO EITHER YOU CHARGE YOUR DEVICES OR YOU WATCH TV RECEPTION PEOPLE ARE RUDE UN POLITE AND NON PROFESSIONAL I AM NOT A TYPE OF COMPLAINING PERSON THIS THE FIRST TIME I GO SO HEAVY ON A HOTEL EVER !!!

It was a wonderful and relaxing stay! The pool was fabulous and the ambience was great! The internet in our rooms and public areas was the only frustrating factor. The view of the marina was stellar and we could have stayed longer! There was entertainment at dinner and in the evenings and the duet was first class! The food was very good....though the water price was ridiculous at dinner with our buffet that was all you could eat! Very easy to walk to town but quiet just far enough away from the busy town center. There are city buses to help get around. I went to Ephusus easily and the buses (there are 2 that it will take to get you there) cost only 7 TL each way. Overall, we totally recommend the place!

What no pool to English speaking staff
I was happy with location and overall standard of hotel, I was disappointed no mention was made of the pool area being closed also the king bed did not exist and none of the staff spoke English

Good modern hotel near the beach
This hotel was hard to find.. we drove up and down the coast 3 - 4 times before we managed to finally get here. Once we got here, we had no idea how we managed to miss this giant green building. The hotel staff were very courteous and helpful. Our room was up in the 4th floor, beautiful ocean view. Very comfotable room on par with American (perhaps a Best Western, Days Inn) They have an amazing pool with a view so make sure you bring your bathing gear to enjoy the pool. The breakfast was awesome, with a huge spread of American and Turkish delights. The seating's around the pool. There are parking spots around the hotel so you can park your car.

Mükemmel konum
Odalar oldukça geniş ve kullanışlı ancak biraz eski bir hotel. Özellikle banyo muslukları zor açılıp kapanıyor. Konum olarak mükemmel, manzara harikaydı. Kahvaltı açık büfe ve gayet güzeldi. Bizim beklentilerimizi büyük oranda karşıladı. Bu fiyata bulunabilecek en güzel hotel diyebilirim.

Banyoda çok kötü bir koku vardı 5017 nolu odada. Ve otelin musluklarindan akan su tuzlu su, duzgun duş alınamıyor. Ayrica tuvalet odadan sadece bir cam kapi ile ayriliyor ve o kapi da tam kapanmiyor. Tuvalet yataga cok yakin, bu rahatsiz ediciydi. icme suyu istediginizde 0.33luk ufak bir suyun 20₺(yaklasik 1 dolar) ye satilmasi ve onu alirken de kimlik bilgileriniz ve imzanizin alinmasi rahatsiz ediyor. Oda manzarasi cok guzel, otel konumu cok guzel, kahvalti idare eder, havuz eglenceli, kokteyller fena degildi.

Otel manzara olarak temizlik olarak gayet guzel. Odada tv var ama sadece var yayin yok wc musluklari kuflenmis durumdaydi. Otelde standart oda kahvalti aldiginzda kahvalti iyi guzel ama aksam yemek isterseniz asiri pahali ve su dahi asiri pahali ..yakininda tekel Bayi var ama otel biraz rampada kalidigi icin o sicakta gidip gelmek istemiyorsunuz .. ayrica calisanlar stajyer mi bilmiyorum ama guleryuz eksik

Konum güzel, odalar çok eksik
Fiyatına göre eski ve yetersiz buldum. Odada minibar yok, banyodaki tepe duşu çalışmıyordu. Konumu ve oda manzarası şahane, ancak en azından bir kettle ve çay/kahve olması gerekir bir 4 yıldızlı otel için.
