This hotel is basic. The property is in dire need of a refund. Cleaning needs some attention esp in the dinning and pool area.

Near the beach
Room & balcony huge for 3 star hotel, I like that the balcony is private - I've stayed in 4 and 5 star hotels where there is no divider between balconies and everyone can see you or start talking to you which is annoying if you want privacy, but Ponz hotel balcony is complete privacy and great! The swimming pool is bigger than most higher end hotels. Only bad thing is the wifi, weak or no connection. Location is down the street from the beach and 20 min walk into Kusadasi town. The middle aged guy with black hair and white t-shirt that's serving the drinks and food to the pool was creepy the first two days until I deliberately ignored him he backed off, that was a damper to my stay - please don't try to hit on the guests it's unprofessional. The younger guy who checked me in on my late arrival was professional and great, thank you! The housekeeping guys are awesome! All the reception staff was always friendly and ready to help, thanks for your hospitality - overall a very good stay.

Very nice modern boutique hotel
We spent 2 nights and 3 days at Ponz Hotel. After some off-the-beaten-track hotel stays in Istanbul and Goreme, we were pleasantly surprised with the modern, chic, clean, up market feel of the Ponz Hotel. It's right next to the Ladies beach - 1 minute walk. The shuttle bus (no. 5 which takes you to the city center, the Grand market, the Otogar) is also available within 10 meters from the hotel. It's very close to the large lineup of resturants on Ladies Beach. The best ones are the SomeWhereElse Irish Pub and the Palm Beach Cafe. Hassan the main guy at the hotel makes breakfast in the morning - very nice plush restaurant. We only had trouble in getting early breakfast. The cook comes in after 8 AM - so if you are planning for a day trip to Ephesus or Pamukkale you might just have to go hungry from the hotel or get something wrapped from the hotel restaurant. It's got a nice pool - although we didn't find time to use it. The room was sparkling clean. The netire hotel, the rooms, almost everything had a aqua blue theme which gave it a fresh feeling. We really enjoyed out stay at Ponz Hotel. Highly recommended !!!

The toilet could not be used because of a water problem and the smell in the room was terrible for days. No hot water. Staff were very friendly

My girlfriend and i stayed here aug 2012, on arriving we could see the location was as descripted an could see the beach front, we were greeted by dennis who went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed, we had a great view over the pool and the room was just the right size for two, although it could do with a little updating, the food was lovely snd reasonably priced, all in all a very pleasant stay!!

Affordable accommodation close to Ladies Beach
If the hotel was managed as the restaurant/bar/swimming pool area, i would have rated it much higher. The Hotel is really self-catering. You even have to provide own toiletpaper. The rooms are not serviced/cleaned during the day and there is no cleaning material, ie broom available to clean it yourself. The exception is the restaurant/bar/swimming pool which is managed by Deniz, a gentleman who really made up for the other short comings. Meals were excellent and of good quality/value for money. .

Booked a room quite a long time in advance - but got informed upon arrival that the hotel was overbooked so we either had to migrate between several rooms during our stay or get one without the balcony (although I booked the one with). Otherwise all good - nice staff and good location.

Yildizi ne olursa olsun Kalite Ucretsizdir. Umarim ilerde daha iyi hizmet ve otelcilik uygulanir Oteli Ucuz diye sectim cunku Motosiklet Turkiye turunda 1 gecelik dinlenme olucakti. Oncelikle FO de calisan bayan personel cok yardimsever ve isini iyi yapan bir calisandi Fakat! Otelin temizligi kotu durumda, HK departman temizlik ve kirli arabasini koridorda birakip gitmis, oda da onceden kalan sampuanlar banyodan alinmamis! Oda da sadece sampuan vardi, ne bir dus jel vs yoktu! Yatak kirik idi ve oyle hizmet veriliyordu! Gece elektrikler kesildi ve oda sigortasi gece yarisi yuksek ses ile bagirmaya basladi, tel kendince calmaya basladi, Yardim istedigimde siz acip kapatin dediler?? Acik bufe cok ucuz du fakat sadece corba ve patlican salata guzeldi.Balik bayat idi ve tavuk sandigim et cok kotu bir pisirme isleminden gecmisti. Karanlik ortamda acik bufe sunmaya calisiyorlar. Ekmek ler elle aliniyor ve masa yoktu (o yuzden ekmek yemedim) Calisanlarin hic birinin uniformasi yoktu? Orda calisiyor mu belli degil zaten 3 personel vardi! Kisaca ucuz konaklama diye sectim ama otelcilik uygulanmiyordu ve sabah 5de otelden resmen kactim ve yoluma devam ettim. Otellerimiz eski olabilir ama bakimi ve dogru bakim ile onlari ayakta tutabiliriz! Yoksa Zincir oteller heryeri ele gecirecek! Basarilar

For your basic needs.
A simple clean hotel that is perfect for guests who wants to spend time outside the hotel. You have the basics of a clean room. A fridge in the room. A balcony and a small pool. Location is perfect and when the bar is closed there is a really nice family friendly bar across the road. Cheers bar. We will come back.

odalar temizdi. oda kahvaltı tarzında ki otelde kahvaltı çeşit ve lezzet olarak azdı ama fiyat performansa bakarsanız bu durumu mazur görmek gerekir. kadınlar plajına çok yakın ve çevresinde zaman geçirebileceğiniz alanlar mevcut. eğer kuşadası merkeze gitmek isterseniz bir sokak aşağıdan dolmuşa binip rahatça gidebilir merkezde istediğiniz şekilde takılabilirsiniz. iki günlük konaklamamızda otelin havuzunu hiç kullanmaya ihtiyaç duymadık (deniz daha iyi geldiği için). kafınlar plajında belediyenin hizmet verdiğini (şezlong ve şemsiye) büfe hizmetlerinin ucuz olduğunu söyleyebilirim. plajın yakınında bulunan marketlerden her şeyi kiralayabilirsiniz.

Oldukça keyifliydi
Ponz hotel eğer çok büyük beklentileriniz yoksa çok güzel ideal bir yer, gerek konumu gerek personelin güler yüzü ile bize çok güzel bir tatil fırsatı sundu. Bir sonraki Kuşadası seyahatimde ilk düşüneceğim durak noktası olacaktır.

billigt men rigtig godt!
her er hyggeligt, tæt på strand med lækker pool fantastisk service! det er ikke luksus men man får utrolig meget for pengene!
