"Beachfront with pools in nice residential neighborhood – quiet with wonderful view toward Malaga and the hills beyond. Although located near the airport, plane noise was not an issue. Many choices were offered at the wonderful breakfast and the staff were informative and helpful. The view is incredible – you could see cruise ships moving in and out of Malaga, and the room was very comfortable with a teapot with tea and decaf coffee! Outdoor pools closed early, and indoor pool required a swim cap. One issue – room doors closing was extremely loud. The taxi stop is at this hotel, so a 6 am ride was readily available. They even had coffee and pastries for us to go. Close to Malaga and Torremolinos by bus or taxi. About 15 minutes to the airport. Overall, it was a very nice stay at Sol Guadalmar Hotel."

"We stayed at the hotel just to sleep before our flight home, we didn’t explore the area around to see what was offered in the way of dinning options we ate dinner at the hotel restaurant and also breakfast before our flight. I highly recommend this hotel for a clean and comfortable place to stay before a flight."

"Had a lovely time in junior suite, room excellent new and modern, furniture to chill on balcony. Lovely breakfast lots of choice. Nice pool area with bar. Hotel left wine abd dessert in our room on anniversary. Will definitely return"

"Great hotel in a great location. Apartments are well equipped but if you are wanting to cook a lot they are a bit short on pans, utensils etc. probably about ready for a bit of a makeover but didn’t spoil our stay and would definitely stay again. There was building works going on during our stay which we weren’t made aware of which was noisy at times"
