"It is a small boutique hotel with top class amenities. The breakfast is excellent and so is dinner. We tried both restaurants, the food was great and prices were reasonable as compared to other restaurants in downtown. The best part was the customer service, it was Royal treatment all the way. Everyone in the hotel knows you by your name and room number to make you feel special. Modern amenities, pool area and hot springs were very enjoyable. Highly recommended!"

"Stunningly beautiful view from our second floor balcony. Sergio was extremely helpful with everything we could need - his kindness made the trip special and memorable in itself. Gorgeous flora and fauna at property. Building is well-loved, well-built, and we felt very safe. Very comfortable bed, slept well. Plenty of hot water and good water pressure. Coffee-maker and bar fridge conveniently in room. "
