"Casa Sol is in a convenient location a 10 minute easy stroll from the shops and restaurants at Marina Rubicon. The villa was spotlessly clean and reasonably well equipped. Initially, we had a problem with gaining access to the property, which has a, for us anyway, confusing digital door lock. The problem was resolved after contacting the emergency number. Overall, we would certainly come back."

"My family of 4 stayed at Ocean Tide for 9 days in July 2023. The property is effectively a lower ground floor apartment consisting of a bedroom wing along a corridor and a huge open plan living area. The propery is very large ! When you initially walk in it seems overwhelming in a good way. Others have noted that there isn't really any outdoor space but this did not cause us an issue during our stay, we enjoyed using that vast living area in the evenings. "Amazing first floor apartment in fantastic location - within a few steps of Arrecife''s beautiful historic waterfront (known as El Charco, with a terrific range of tapas bars & restaurants) but situated down a very quiet side street. Added bonus is the included underground car park for 1 car, with a lift to help unload the luggage - very unusual in El Charco! "Simple property, great value for money. Great sea views - both front and back of property. Easy walk to restaurants. Pool was lovely. Snorkelling in cove just next to the apartment was beautiful. Quick transfer from the airport - hire car not necessary. Owner met us at the apartment for check in and was able to provide flexibility for our early arrival. Only comment - lack of shade by the pool, a parasol would have been useful. There was no air conditioning but this wasn’t needed as the sea...

"It was our second time staying at this lovely apartment. We enjoyed the last time so much we decided to return. It is clean, spacious, well furnished and conveniently located close to both the beach and local shops. It is also quiet at night and well ventilated thanks to fans in the adult bedrooms and a fan and air-conditioning unit in the sitting room. "Great quiet location minutes walk from good restaurants and the beach we were met by the owner Jorge who explained everything to us, throughout the whole booking process Jorge has been most helpful answering any queries very quickly even arranged for flowers to be delivered for my wife’s birthday the apartment itself is stunning really beautiful comfortable place to stay all the facilities were exceptional will no doubt stay there again in the future ."
