The property is beautiful, food delicious and amazing gym and fitness. But full of cockroaches and stuff not bothering.

For a four star it was good. Thumps up. only a few things that should not spoil it for you... 1. Only 1 heated pool in the Autumn. 2. For meals you are told where to sit, rather than choosing for yourself. (I felt like a school child, after queuing to get in the dining hall) And a member of senior staff, very rude, for a chair that was not allocated to a table that we wanted to sit on. Very bizarre, on every meal. The food was very good. 3. The other staff including reception, were great.

Beautiful as it was surrounded by nature - mountains and nature. No beach close by and no where to walk xcept around the hotel.

Heating swimmingpoll were great. Stuff are helpful. Rooms are big and clean. Hotel is quite big in peak of season I think there is very craudly.

Relaxing stay in La Palma
Good resort value for the price. Beautiful views, incredible pool facilities. Facilities not the newest but they are well-maintained, very comfortable, and looks like the resort is constantly updating small items as they go along. Great attention to detail in design and upkeep. Included kids club a great plus for families with younger children. Accommodations spread out across low-rise buildings make the resort not feel overwhelming. Note that WiFi is a separate charge - would advise hotel to include it in this day and age!

One of the few options available in island
Rude staff, especially at front desk, treat guests as if they were small children, calling their attention of what be done and not be done. Huge lines for everything. It's like being in a bad cruise ship. Food below average, in large quantities. Hotels caters to low middle income tours and guests. Avoid if possible.

El hotel ha cumplido con todas las expectativas. Habitación excelente, zona de piscinas y hamacas inmejorable, buena variedad de comida, etc. Hemos estado 10 noches y estamos encantados.

Hotel muy bien cuidado que permite una estancia agradable y confortable. Limpieza y cuidado de 10. Actividades y piscinas que hacen que prácticamente no tengas que salir del complejo

Prinzipiell eine schöne Anlage, die Zimmer mit Meerblick sind auch sehr schön. Wenn man die meiste Zeit in der Anlage verbringen will, ist das sicherlich sehr schön. Wenn man etwas auf der Insel unternehmen will, ist man dort am A… der Welt. 10 km den Berg hoch bis zur nächsten Stadt. Die meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten sind im Norden der Insel. Das dauert dann mal eben 2 Stunden Fahrt mit dem Leihwagen. Bei Ankunft wird man freundlich empfangen, allerdings haben die Wohnblöcke keinen Fahrstuhl und man schleppt die Koffer selber die Treppe hoch. Hilfe beim Koffertransport wird nicht angeboten. Das Essen ist zwar okay, aber das haben wir schon besser (vor allem bei den Hauptspeisen) erlebt. Für ein paar Tage sicherlich okay, aber wer länger als eine Woche hierbleiben will, dann wird es ziemlich schnell langweilig.

Hotel molt ampli, potser massa pel personal que disposa, amb una bona relació qualitat-preu. El nombre de categories de l’hotel (mitja pensió .. tot inclòs .. adults only ..) produeix confusió en el menjador i paradoxes com el “prohibit convidar”. A darrera hora de la tarda les piscines estan plenes de vasos de plàstic

Wir hatten ein sehr schönes Zimmer mit Meerblick. Poollandschaft sehr schön angelegr. Essen war in Ordnung aber irgendwann hat alles gleich geschmeckt. Lage abgelegen mann benötigt einen Mietwagen.

Estuvimos esperando dos horas para que nos dieran la habitacion iba con dos bebes pequeños y fue un incordio se suponia que a las 14 era la entrada llegamos a ñas 14 y 30 y hasta las 17 horas no nos dieron la habitacion ,sin embargo a la hroa de salir tenia a los nenes dormidos y a las 12 exapto me dijeron que tenia que salir ya a las 11 no me servia la llave,creo que xomo minimo deberian haberme dado una disculpa y ni eso
